The Wedding Professionals of Central Florida is an organization of wedding service providers whose
mission is to be the industry authority on Central Florida weddings to provide qualified & reputable vendors as the Ultimate Central Florida Wedding Service Resource.
WPCF membership provides:
- A solid network of leading and respected professional wedding vendors to promote its members to one another and to the bridal couple planning a wedding in Central Florida (networking and referrals)
- Educational programs for WPCF members to enhance their professionalism, provide knowledge about effective business practices and other wedding services
- A commitment to a high code of ethics that establishes a spirit of collaboration and healthy cooperation among members who perform the same category of service
- Opportunities for industry leadership through committee and board of director involvement
- Educational programs for brides and couples that help them prepare for their wedding
- Free website listing on Central Florida's Premiere Wedding Directory www.wpcf.com that receives thousands of visitors per month
- Access to semi-annual WPCF bridal shows, including one of the biggest and best attended, the January WPCF Tails and Veils Bridal Show - only WPCF members allowed to exhibit!
- Access to the WPCF booth at the annual Orlando Southern Women's Show, one of the biggest and best attended, to exhibit your product and services in front of nearly 30,000 attendees!
- Monthly bridal leads and other incentive programs
- An organization that uses its influence and resources to benefit the community beyond the wedding industry
- A social outlet for its members outside the realm of the wedding-related business
Invited guests are allowed attendance at two (2) general meeting per year at the member rate (currently $15), additional meetings will be at the $35 non-member rate except when a completed Membership Application has been submitted to the Board.

WPCF membership application process:
Annual membership is $250. Members must comply with WPCF's
Code of Ethics and have all required state and local licenses. To receive full benefit from membership in WPCF, we do recommend (among other things) regular attendance and participation at either the
General Membership meetings (held the first Tuesday of every month) or, as an alternative, at the Board of Directors meeting. This is so our members may come to know you and feel comfortable referring brides to you.
Applications must be signed by two current WPCF members (meet them at the
General Membership meetings),
and be submitted with:
- a resume or one-paragraph bio that describes you and your business
- a copy of your company's occupational license
- your State sales tax number and current certificate (if applicable)
Incomplete applications will delay the process. Applications are available as
a .pdf online, at every WPCF meeting, or from any board member.
